I provide in-home personal training throughout St. Augustine and nearby surrounding areas. If you’re within the city or just a few minutes away, I can come to you at no extra charge. Longer distances may include a small travel fee.

No equipment is required. I bring everything we need — bands, dumbbells, mats, and other training tools. If you already have equipment, I’m happy to incorporate it into your workouts.

Yes. Every session is customized to your fitness level, experience, and any physical limitations. I adjust the exercises to make your workouts safe, progressive, and effective.

Each session lasts 50 to 60 minutes, depending on your program and the focus of that day’s workout.
